Information for Food Establishment Owners/Managers

In this section you can access all food establishment license applications for the municipalities of Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Long Hill Township, and Peapack and Gladstone Borough. All Food Establishments in these municipalities must renew their food license by July 1st of each year. Any food establishment that changes ownership or the establishment name must obtain a new license reflecting that information. For the municipalities of Chester Borough, Mendham Borough, and Mendham Township please contact your local Board of Health Secretary.
