Complete the corresponding permit application and submit it with the appropriate fee (see Environmental Fee Schedule) to the address on the application.

Three (3) sets of septic plans must be submitted with the application and fee in order to conduct a review of plans.

For inspections of all new or altered septic systems or wells in ALL six contractual municipalities, including Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Chester Borough, Long Hill Township, Mendham Borough, and Peapack and Gladstone Borough:

• All inspections must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Fees must be paid prior to any inspection.
