Pediatric Pfizer (5-11) COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at St James Church

First doses will be given on November 22 and November 29.

Second doses will be given on December 13 and December 20.

Clinics are by appointment only. Note: If you sign your child up for a first dose appointment on December 13th or 20th, there is not currently a second dose clinic scheduled. You will be responsible for finding your child a second dose.
