Pfizer (5-11) will be given on Monday May 2nd and May 23rd from 3:00-5:00pm at the Saint James Church, 184 South Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

• First, second and booster doses available.
• Individuals under 18 MUST be accompanied by parent/guardian.
• These Pfizer appointments are NOT for individuals ages 12+.
