2022 BTHD Child Health Conference - Vaccines for Children program

This program provides FREE immunizations for children from birth to age 18 who do NOT have health insurance.                            

• Children residing in Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Chester Borough, Long Hill Township, Mendham Borough, and Peapack and Gladstone Borough are eligible.
• Appointments are required. Clinics are scheduled monthly in conjunction with the Community Visiting Nurse Association.
