The Bernards Township Health Department will be offering Pfizer for ages 5-11, bivalent Pfizer (12+) boosters, and bivalent Moderna (18+) boosters.
November COVID-19 vaccine clinics are scheduled as follows:
Pediatric Pfizer for ages 5-11 will be given on Monday, November 7, from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.
First, second, and bivalent booster doses will be available.

Bivalent Omicron Boosters for Pfizer (ages 12+) and Moderna (ages 18+) will be given on November 1, 7, 8 & 29 from 3:00-5:00pm at Saint James Church, 184 S. Finley Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920.

- Walk-in spots may be available but are not guaranteed.
- Bring your original vaccination card with you if you are coming for a booster shot.
- No identification or insurance card required.
- Please wear a mask and social distance upon arrival.
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
