Basking Ridge, NJ (August 31, 2026) – Keep you and your loved ones healthy this winter. The Bernards Township Health Department has announced their 2026 Fall Vaccine Clinic schedule with six convenient locations for residents of Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Chester Borough, Mendham Borough, Peapack & Gladstone Borough, and Long Hill Township.

The clinics will take place:

• Monday September 14 from 10:00-11:30 am at Garabrant Center, 4 Wilson St., Mendham.
• Monday, September 28 from 4:00-6:00 pm at the Bernardsville Library, 1 Anderson Hill Rd., Bernardsville.
• Wednesday, September 30 from 10:00-11:30 am at St. James Church, 184 S. Finley Avenue, Basking Ridge.
• Wednesday, October 7 from 11:30 am-1:00 pm at the Chester Municipal Building, 50 North Road, Chester.
• Wednesday, October 14 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at the Long Hill Township Library, 917 Valley Road, Gillette.
• Thursday, October 22 from 11:30 am-1:00 pm at Peapack & Gladstone Borough Hall, 1 School Street, Peapack.

The flu is a vaccine-preventable, contagious, respiratory illness caused by a virus and is characterized by sudden onset with fever, headache, aches, chills, and extreme exhaustion. Each year the influenza (flu) virus leads to severe illness, hospitalization, and deaths – especially among vulnerable populations such as the elderly, young children, and individuals with underlying health conditions. Flu shots are recommended annually before the end of October.

In addition to flu vaccines for children, adults, and seniors, the clinics will offer pneumonia, TDAP, and COVID vaccines.
