Licenses

Licenses for public recreational bathing facilities must be renewed by May 15th each year.

Inspections

New Facilities: A pre-opening and operational inspection is required for all new public recreational bathing facilities.

Seasonal Facilities: A pre-opening and seasonal operational inspection is required for all seasonal public recreational bathing facilities.

Year-Round Facilities: Two operational inspections are required for all year-round public recreational bathing facilities.

Applications for a license for facilities located in Chester Borough, Long Hill Township or Mendham Borough can be obtained from the town’s Board of Health secretary.
